Services and Amenities
Center
In this conceptual plan, the counseling center is connected to the semi-private wing of the building, adjacent to the makers space, classroom elements, fitness center, and a rooftop terrace.Â

This wing will use organic walls and overhead elements to create a unique experience, drawing visual interest and inspiring movement and flow through the spaces. The counseling center is imperative to the building, and the program can be accessible even if the public operations are closed.
Â
The counseling rooms will be carefully made, with plentiful natural light, comfortable seating elements, and every considerations taken into account for clients. Just like most areas of the building, the counseling room can be accessed by dogs, and can comfort clients in the counseling center. Â
Lobby
The Lobby will seek to inspire movement through the center, and the organic shapes give visual interest, enhanced by natural light and warm materials. This environment seeks to give visitors a pleasant experience, inviting them further into the building.Â
Hallway Experience
The hallway connected to the lobby will be wide and use more organic shaping to move the visitors through the various rooms, including the 2 prominent counseling rooms, each with diffused natural light. The overhead elements help define circulation.
Counseling Rooms
The counseling rooms will be small and personal, with comfortable furnishings making an inviting space. Diffused natural light and an overhead skylight will provide a variety of different sources of sun light entering the room.

The spaces will be designed with soundproofing and easily cleanable materials in mind, making a more comfortable environment for customers and dogs alike.Â

Pet taxi services are designed to bring dogs to and from the building, but can also be used by clients who need transportation for them and their pets for any occasion.Â
When they visit the foundation, they can be safely dropped off at a roundabout near the front entrance.
Â
The proposed conceptual masterplan on the far right shows an idea of how the parking layout could work, with a water feature and drop-off zone for the pet taxi.

The pet taxi service will allow those who do not have proper transportation to get their dog to and from the foundation for grooming needs, veterinary care, training, and kenneling services.
Two healthy eating cafes will be located in the building, each with direct connections to the loading bay for easy access. One in the basement will serve the public, available to guests visiting the museum. The second one will be located on the 2nd floor, overlooking the atrium and the lobby. This cafe will serve the employees of the building, providing a healthy eating option during the workdays.

Both cafes will serve cold and warm health drinks, coffee, sandwiches and other snacks for an affordable cost. Both will be small, with limited kitchen and back of house space, but ample refrigerated storage. There will be natural vines and seating areas for visitors and employees to enjoy a break.Â

This wing of the ground floor will feature 1 large open space, designed
to be set up for many different obstacle courses and training events. There will also be several smaller side rooms meant for smaller groups or even personal training sessions. There will also be a lobby and reception desk to manage clients, a janitors closet to clean up the various spaces, and an adjacent storage room for different obstacles and training materials.

The training wing will have a direct relationship with the outdoor park and covered pavilion. This will give classes the opportunity to train outdoors, and exercise dogs in large expanses of land.

The innovation and makerspace at our facility is a versatile hub designed to bring ideas to life within the pet industry. Featuring multiple stations for crafting items such as bows, bandanas, and accessories, this space not only fosters creativity but also allows for sales of these products in the open sales area. Strategically located on the 2nd floor near the classrooms, it serves as an interactive area for students to engage in art and craft projects. This dynamic environment empowers team members to brainstorm and develop solutions around ergonomics and new tools, ultimately enhancing job efficiency in the industry. Fully equipped to accommodate a wide range of supplies and materials, this makerspace is ideal for innovative pursuits and collaborative projects.
Warehouse for truck loadingÂ

The loading dock and warehouse is located on the left side of the building between the vet services and grooming wings. This space will have 2 truck loading doors, and large enough space for multiple storage racks. There is also an adjacent hallway that connects the warehouse to the lobby, allowing the movement of supplies via dolly or carts throughout the entire building.Â

Truck schedules would need to be fairly synchronized for the building, as with only 2 loading bays, the trucks would need to bring supplies weekly for open sales, vet services, grooming, and boarding. Excess supplies can be stored in the warehouse or the secondary storage room on the right side of the building.
Team Member's whole body careÂ

The physical care center within the complex offers an exclusive fitness space conveniently located next to an outdoor terrace, providing a serene environment for employees. Situated in the semi-public wing of the building, access is controlled via keycard to maintain privacy and separation from the more public areas. This well-appointed facility features a range of amenities, including gym equipment, massage therapy, physical therapy, a dedicated stretch lab, and a tranquil meditation/prayer area, all designed to support holistic health and active living for complete well-being.
The state-of-the-art veterinary facility is designed as a serene, welcoming space that integrates cutting-edge technology with holistic approaches to animal health. Its architecture features natural light, soothing colors, and gardens for relaxation. Inside, advanced diagnostic tools such as digital radiography, ultrasound, and an in-house laboratory enhance traditional veterinary care. Complementing these technologies are dedicated areas for holistic treatments like acupuncture, herbal therapy, and aromatherapy, administered by veterinarians certified in integrative medicine. The facility also includes spacious recovery suites, play areas for socialization, and a wellness center for nutrition and fitness consultations, emphasizing a comprehensive approach to animal care that addresses physical, emotional, and environmental well-being.
For years, the founder has embraced the joy of spreading happiness through the delivery of flowers, affectionately calling it "Flower Power."
This eloquent space serves as a sanctuary for crafting beautiful arrangements, designed to uplift those in need of a little extra love and cheer.
Each bouquet represents a heartfelt mission to bring comfort and joy to others, making this makers' haven not just a space for creativity, but a true embodiment of love delivered through the art of flowers.Â
Team members will have access to a child care and early learning center on the second floor of the building, adjacent to the administration and office wing. This room will have private access and be run by 5-10 childcare employees. The room will also have access to an outdoor terrace, used for outdoor activities and playtime.Â

The space will have many amenities and fixtures that will provide a safe environment for team members' children at no charge. There will be tables for crafts and cabinets for books and art supplies. A reading nook will be arranged next to the windows, and an open play area gives enough space for numerous activities.
Using cutting-edge construction methods and materials are leading to energy-efficient buildings that lower carbon emissions and foster healthier environments for children. By incorporating recycled materials, solar panels, and green roofs, these facilities are transforming into eco-friendly sanctuaries that can also help educate children on the significance of coexisting with nature.
The basement will be fronted by a gift shop located right next to the circulation core.
The room will have an adjacent storage room for extra supplies. The central sculptural staircase will be fully visible from the gift shop, and visitors will be drawn into the exhibits from this space. The area will be denoted by high ceilings, and made with warm materials and lighting.
Â
The elegantly designed gift shop, a curated haven for discerning pet lovers and their furry companions.
Adorned with exquisite decor and plush furnishings, this boutique experience seamlessly blends luxury with functionality, offering a stunning selection Each carefully chosen item reflects a commitment to quality and style, ensuring that both dogs and their humans can indulge in the finest offerings. Whether searching for a thoughtful present or a treat for your beloved pet, our sophisticated space invites you to explore and celebrate the bond you share in ultimate elegance.
The outdoor area surrounding the facility will feature a meticulously landscaped space designed specifically for dogs, ensuring both beauty and safety.
Â
An open-air pavilion will seamlessly extend from the building, serving as a versatile venue for events, training sessions, safe 'doggy potty' areas and experiential activities.
Â
Defined by an elegant colonnade that reflects the building's architectural style, the pavilion will accommodate spacious tables with chairs, ideal for hosting outdoor events and training sessions while allowing furry guests to enjoy a safe and inviting environment.
The outdoor spaces will be a well manicured park, with paths and pavilions defining different zones for dog play. The area will have a strong fence line, making sure dogs will be contained with the bounds of the dog park. The area will have a moderate tree coverage, providing a fair mix of open fields and shaded spaces. In the conceptual masterplan to the right, there is a very large proposed area for outdoor space, as it is envisioned as a pivotal portion of the overall experience.

Amenities will include the outdoor pavilion for a event and covered space, water feature, and secondary pavilion for a more private park going experience. Tree lines as well as private secure fencing around the premises will help block noise and sight from the parking lot and main road while also safeguarding the entire foundation.
Â
The offices are a dedicated sanctuary designed exclusively for the well-being and holistic support of team members, with a focus on fostering healing and reintegration. It features private counseling and therapy offices, quiet rooms for reflection and relaxation, designated spaces for urine testing and parole services, legal offices to assist with judicial matters, and prayer rooms to support spiritual needs. This area emphasizes privacy, compassion, and empowerment, serving as a safe haven where individuals can access essential services and find comfort, renewal, and stability—all tailored solely to nurture their mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
The meeting rooms will be an essential space for collaboration between team members, and can be used in a multi-purpose fashion. Presentations, meetings, and interviews can take place in these rooms. The rooms will be adjacent to an outdoor terrace, which will allow a large amount of natural light, and allow for outdoor meetings or company activities.Â
The majority of the basement will be used as an informative and interactive dog museum. This will be one of the focal points of the building and will be an unforgettable spatial experience for the public. A large sculptural staircase will lead visitors to a grand open space with 7 alcoves that will be exhibits for the 7 different dog groups. Each exhibit will have interactive displays, statues, and informative boards that will teach people about the history and functions of dog breeds.Â

The museum will be a unique shape that will draw people in and make the sequence of the room flow. The materiality will be simple, highlighting the forms of the space, while being friendly to dogs. Dogs will be able to walk down the spiral stair or access the floor via elevator and a pet relief room can aid in keeping dogs accommodated.
